This document provides a brief step by step guide to the initial stages of setting up the ShoreTel mobility mobile app.


Step 1

Once the app has been downloaded from the Google Play store, go to the app and click to open it. Skip through the first few windows of information until it displays the window labelled provisioning. For the Server Address use M2-MAN-ST03 and for the username and password use your regular windows details. Once you have put these details in set Remote Provisioning to yes and click next.




Step 2

Once that is complete press ok and it should bring up the Remote Provisioning box. Use mobility.m2.uk.com as the Remote Server Address and 443 as the Remote Server Port as displayed in the image.



Step 3

The next window that comes up is to confirm that settings are correct. The correct settings should be automatically loaded, but be sure to check that the mobile number is right. The enterprise extension is the extension number that you have been assigned by default. Once this has been confirmed, press next to continue.



Step 4

Finally a ShoreTel Communicator Login box will appear, on this screen use your windows login credentials again however make sure you put m2digital\(your username), once this is done press apply and the Mobility App should be up and running.
