ShoreTel WebDialer
The ShoreTel WebDialer is a program that will scan webpages and convert telephone numbers into a click to dial link, ultimately saving the user time type the number into communicator or into the phone.
The WebDialer comes in a number of flavours for IE, Chrome and even Firefox. to install the webdialer, go to the software centre on your pc and click on the ShoreTel Webdialer and then click install.
You may be required to restart your browser for this to take affect, however once this has been enabled clickable links will appear in Orange. Click this and your phone will instantly dial the number.
